Ingredients
1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, loosely packed
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 Tbs white wine vinegar
1 Tbs Dijon mustard
1 Tbs honey
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
Directions
  1. Lay the basil leaves flat on top of each other. Roll up the leaves, and slice them into strips. Roughly chop into smaller pieces. 
  2. In a salad dressing bottle, add basil, lemon juice, vinegar, mustard, honey, salt and pepper. Shake to combine. Add oil; shake again. Use on salads or as a marinade for vegetables, fish or chicken.
